Weights

The learned numerical values on the connections of a neural network that determine how inputs are transformed into outputs.

Training adjusts weights to reduce error; together with the architecture, they are the model. “Releasing the weights” means publishing these numbers so others can run and modify the model.

Weights are often used interchangeably with parameters, which also include bias terms.
